What if my flight lands early or is delayed?
We check the progress of incoming flights and the new expected time, so that we are at the airport when you land.
Are prices the same for transfers during my stay?
Quoted prices are per vehicle and cover airport transfers only. Other journeys during your stay are priced differently.
How do I cancel or change my booking?
Get in touch with us. You can change any detail or cancel. A full refund is possible for cancellations seven days before arrival.
Can I book at the last minute?
No. We only confirm bookings made three days or more before your arrival on the island.
What if I cannot find the driver at the pick-up point?
Call the mobile number sent to you with your confirmation e-mail.
How do I arrange my departure transfer?
You arrange it with us directly on arrival. We suggest being at the airport two hours before your flight.
How many people and how much luggage fits?
Our car is an air-conditioned Mercedes C-Class (Avantgarde), four doors, for up to four passengers plus the driver, with boot space for up to six pieces of luggage.
Are child seats provided?
No, we do not provide child seats.
What if I need an extra taxi?
When we receive your request we check the number of passengers and arrange the taxis you need. The extra taxi will be a Mercedes, though not the same model as ours.
Is there a charge for extra luggage?
No. We help you carry your luggage, but we are not responsible for damage while carrying or lifting a heavy item over 25 kg into the car.
What about compensation?
We will not pay compensation if we are forced to cancel or change the service because of unforeseeable circumstances such as accidents or weather conditions causing a delay.
